Can I make changes to my order?
We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you've checked out.
This includes:
Changing the item or size
Altering shipping address

IF YOU INPUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WE CAN NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND/REPLACE THIS ORDER.

When will my order arrive?
Please note that orders are processed during the week on business days. It can take up to 24-48 hours before an item is processed for shipping. Then it will take 2-5 days for shipping transit via USPS.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No, due to nature of the drop/limited one time only items we do not accept returns.

*IF THE MISTAKE IS ON OUR END, WE WILL COVER THE COST OF SHIPPING TO REPLACE THE UNUSED PRODUCT(S). IF BAGS OR TAGS HAVE BEEN TAKEN OFF/OPENED WE WILL NOT REPLACE THE PRODUCT(S).

 


Customs, Duties and Taxes
Mentality is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
