Mentality has a no refund or exchange policy due to merchandise being a limited time offering / quantity.
By checking the box before checkout you are adhering to the terms & conditions below:

By ordering from us you agree to these terms & understand the policy we have in place for no refunds/exchanging of sizes or changing shipping addresses once your items have been shipped. You also agree to pay any additional Customs, Duties and Taxes if you are purchasing outside of the USA.
Shipping:

Mentality is not responsible for lost items if USPS/UPS/DHL have confirmation of delivery. This also includes any returns sent back to our warehouse without prior authorization through the email address listed above.

Mentality is not responsible for items that are shipped to incorrect or not valid addresses. If an item is rejected by USPS and sent back to our fulfilment center a refund will be sent back to you MINUS the shipping fee.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

If you are shopping from outside of the USA your order may be subject to customs fees & taxes based on the retail value of the package. These fees are not determined by Mentality & are beyond our control. If you reject the package & do not pay DUTIES, Mentality will not refund your order. By checking the box at checkout means you agree to pay duties for your items for your perspective country.

*We actively monitor purchased transactions to identify potential misuse or abuse of our policies. We flag customers who meet our criteria for excessive charges.

Customers who are flagged may be subject to our review, and revocation of standard customer return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

If you wish to make a exchange due to an incorrect/damaged item due to MENTALITY error please visit the Contact Us page, or alternatively email our support team: SUPPORT@MENTALITY.CO and a representative will get back to you as soon as possible. 

*IF THE MISTAKE IS ON OUR END, WE WILL COVER THE COST OF SHIPPING TO REPLACE THE UNUSED PRODUCT(S). IF BAGS OR TAGS HAVE BEEN TAKEN OFF/OPENED WE WILL NOT REPLACE THE PRODUCT(S).
